Vincere Mobile App Process
We made the process of gaining your own Vincere Mobile App as easy as possible. You could have your own app in just a few weeks, here’s our process;

Branding
We need your brand assets, such as company logo and colour scheme to make the app your own.

Spec
We only charge for the parts of the app you want to use. Don’t need clients using the app, no problem. You can add it on at a later date if required.

Registration
We guide you through the process of registering your app with Apple and Google app stores. Don’t worry, it is nice and easy.

Testing
We take the above information and create your unique Vincere Mobile App. You are then able to test this prior to launch, either by installing the app on your device or through an emulator, whichever is easiest for you.

Submission
We submit the app to the mobile app stores for approval.

Is the mobile app branded?
Of course, the whole app from home screen icon to app store owner to the app itself is fully branded to your company.
Do we need to design the app?
The app follows a set tried and tested structure. All we need are your brand assets and we do the rest.
Is the app updated?
It is indeed, we will issue periodic updates which are managed by your users just like any app update. The updates may be addressing Vincere API changes, or new features as we release them.
Are the app users informed of an update?
In most cases, the update will happen behind the scenes just like most apps. Some users turn off automatic updates, in those cases, they will be alerted to an app upgrade.
Are app upgrades required?
The majority of updates will be to introduce new features or incremental code updates so will be an optional upgrade. However every now and again Vincere will release an essential API update. On these occurrences, the app will need to be updated in order to continue working.
I’m sold, how long does it take to create my app?
We usually ask for 4 working weeks for creation of the app from receipt of all of your information. We can expedite this if necessary, but we try to not over stress our development team if we can help it.
The app approval process is variable throughout the year, depending on volume of apps they have to approve. We can receive approval within 24 hours sometimes, but we suggest scheduling a week or so just to be safe.
